PURCHASES:​

• Purchases of   passes, memberships, single classes, promotional items, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

• Your pack or membership will activate on the day of your first class 

• All pre-booked classes must be paid in advance. If you are unsure of your plans or you are able to join us last minute, walk - ins are welcome! 

 

RESERVATIONS:

• Online reservations are available up to thirty minutes before a class or workshop begins.

• please arrive at least 10 -15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Out of respect for our students and teachers, students will not be allowed into a class beyond 5 minutes of start time.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We require a 2 HOUR NOTICE for cancellations for all classes. Cancellations must be made on Mindbody or by email (theyogaroomct@gmail.com) 2 hours before the start of class. If you fail to cancel a reservation, the class will be "late canceled" meaning 1 class will be removed from pre-purchased, walk -in or class package 

 

Members & Unlimited Pass Options:

 If you do not cancel within the given time, you will be charged $12 per no-show.
