SLOW FLOW

This class is perfect for beginners. A class that focuses on quieting the mind and body with postures in a slow relaxing sequence.

RESTORATIVE

Poses are supported using props like blankets, bolsters and blocks. Each pose is held for extended period of time for deep muscular and mental relaxation. 

FLOW 

Flowing from one pose into the other while sinking breath and movement. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through poses, with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension.

POWER  

Lets flow faster to upbeat music! We'll work on balance, endurance, focus and so much more. 

YOGA SCULPT 

When muscle meets Yoga, Sculpt is born. Combining free weights with Vinyasa sequencing and cardio to intensify the pose. Recommend that you build your foundation with flow classes before sculpt to prevent injury.   

PILATES

Mat Pilates is a low impact, full body workout focused on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement. We use a prop cart with balls and resistance bands to support and elevate the practice.

All classes consist of meditation ,yoga breathing (pranayama ) and guided relaxation
