SLOW FLOW

A class that focuses on quieting the mind and body with postures in a slow relaxing sequence.

RESTORATIVE

This practice is accessible to people of all levels of fitness and flexibility, making it an excellent choice for those recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic pain, or simply seeking a deeply relaxing experience. 

Poses are are supported using props like blankets, bolsters and blocks. The emphasis is on deep, conscious breathing and allowing the body to release tension. Each pose is held for an extended period of time for deep muscular and mental relaxation. 

All- levels 

Designed for all experience levels, this class offers a balanced flow of poses to build strength and flexibility. Move at your own pace with guidance and modifications provided. relax, stretch, and enjoy a refreshing mindful practice. 

FLOW 

Flowing from one pose into the other while sinking breath and movement. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension.

If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.

POWER HOUR 

Lets flow faster! We'll work on balance, endurance, focus and so much more. Get ready to sweat! 

YOGA SCULPT 

When muscle meets Yoga, Sculpt is born. Combining free weights with Vinyasa sequencing and cardio to intensify the pose. Recommend that you build your foundation with flow classes before sculpt to prevent injury.   

All classes consist of meditation ,yoga breathing (pranayama ) and guided relaxation
