G E N T L E  +  R E L A X A T I O N 

If you are new to yoga this is where you start. 
this class is for students who are new to yoga, students who haven't practiced in a while, and for those that just want to relax and unplug. Establishing a safe and solid foundation for your practice incorporating breathework. allowing students to develop their own relationship to the practice.  

S L O W   F L O W  

A class that focuses on quieting the mind and body with postures in a slow relaxing sequence.

V I N Y A S A   F L O W 

Flowing from one pose into the other while sinking breathe and movement. both standing and seated poses to help build strength and flexibility along with learning relaxation techniques to help condition both physical and mental wellbeing.   

P O W E R  H O U R 

Lets flow faster! We'll work on balance, endurance, focus and so much more. Get ready to sweat! 

Y O G A  S C U L P T 

When muscle meets yoga, sculpt is born. combining free weights with vinyasa yoga and cardio to intensify the pose. 

 R E S T O R A T I V E 

This practice is accessible to people of all levels of fitness and flexibility, making it an excellent choice for those recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic pain, or simply seeking a deeply relaxing experience. 


Poses are are supported using props like blankets, bolsters and blocks. The emphasis is on deep, conscious breathing and allowing the body to release tension. Each pose is held for an extended period of time for deep muscular and mental relaxation. 

All classes consist of meditation ,yoga breathing (pranayama ) and guided relaxation
